These general terms apply to supply operations by CRM Suprimentos, complementing each specific quotation or purchase order.
Prices, lead times and freight terms (Incoterms/freight modality) are those stated in the approved quotation. Quotations have a validity period stated in the document.
Delivery follows the agreed modality. Product specifications, certifications and applicable taxes are as detailed in the quotation and tax documents (NF-e).
Cancellations and changes follow the conditions agreed in the order, especially for imported or made-to-order items.
